 What is a conscious competence learning model?

Here, the learner has adequate knowledge and knows how to apply the skills and competence to perform the task. They combine their prior experience with newly acquired skill sets and practice to hone their ability with deep concentration. 



  • Unconscious competence

 

In the last stage, the learner will have enough expertise and practical experience to execute the task effortlessly without thinking about anything.
